  • My graphic designing experience stems from my role as an in-house designer. Which began in 2016 in a t-shirt printing shop and then soon after in 2017 at a sticker company until 2023. Where I worked up the ranks from production artist to design manager, and then Lead graphic designer for the company. Which has given me direct hands-on experience in every aspect of the designer’s workload. From art production, and conceptualization, to project leadership.

My daily job for years has been centered around creating creative solutions for CEOs, art directors, sales reps, and clients who want to see their ideas come to life. Always, this would involve researching, taking their logos, specific details about their locations, and customer base, and creating relevant designs.

I have experience working with designs from major corporations and small business owners. Having had to follow strict design guidelines and also artistic freedom in cases. Some of the top clients I have worked for are Ron Jon Surf Shop® and Coors® Brewing. Having both created custom art for and handled their art files for production in our machines.

  • I was responsible for managing and directing the department’s workloads and deadlines. Communicating instructions from the CEO and Sales representatives with the design team. Covering art production for products, tradeshows assets, advertisement print, and new art development.

For Production purposes, I delegated daily work tasks to the design team. Managing orders by due dates and ship times. And, working between our admins and designers on the creation of custom art requests that often accompanied regular orders. Helping to bridge existing artifacts with new logos and themes.

During phases when we created new art for the market. My job was to help keep the team on track with research and new art concepts. Holding daily virtual meetings as a team. And, reporting to the CEO and and acting art director of the company.

Added my art as well as helped to lead the other designers in their successful additions.

  • Along with my supervisory position I was tasked with developing new art and customization on art for logos and sale proposals. I have accumulated years of daily design work and color trials. I was one of the main contributors to the Steamboat Sticker’s art line.

Using research and design principles I have managed to create hundreds of designs for many different locations and activities. Adding creative thinking and ideas to the research to create audience-targeted designs.
